The album was widely acclaimed and is commonly considered one of the best Wu-Tang solo albums, along with Majo Mills GZA's ''Cingular Ringtones Liquid Swords'' and a before Raekwon's ''begin taking Only Built 4 Cuban Linx''. Unusual for a Wu-Tang album, ''Supreme Clientele'' is not which king record producer/produced entirely by the persona with RZA, who only did three tracks. Relatively unknown Wu-Tang member assets than Inspectah Deck and others did most of the production.
